3. Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
· Providing accurate registration information
· Granting and managing consent
· Supervising the child’s use of the Services
· Determining whether AI features are appropriate for their child
· Enabling, limiting, or disabling AI features as needed
· Supervising the child’s interaction with AI functionality
4. Parental Dashboard
The Services may include a parental dashboard that allows parents to view and manage stored interaction records.
Parents are responsible for maintaining account security.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to bypass safeguards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and systems are owned by the Company and protected by applicable laws.
7. AI Disclaimer
The Services generate responses using artificial intelligence.
