By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian, or that the Services are used by a child with your consent and supervision.
2. Description of Services
The Services support AI-enabled children’s toys through a web-based interface and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for:
· Providing accurate registration information
· Granting and managing consent
· Supervising the child’s use of the Services
Children are not expected to understand or agree to these Terms. All legal responsibility rests with the parent or guardian.
4. Parental Dashboard
The Services may include a parental dashboard that allows parents or guardians to view and manage stored child interaction records.
Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through the dashboard.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
· Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
· Submit inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content
· Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services
· Circumvent security or access controls
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, AI systems, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Gcthai Technology (Hong Kong) Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Services generate responses using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
The Services do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
8. Limitations on AI Learning
Children’s chat and voice interactions are not used for long-term or cross-user AI training.
AI responses are generated using pre-trained models and controlled system rules and do not permanently adapt based on an individual child’s data.
9. Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
· We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
· Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the Services
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
