We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that personal information has been collected without such consent, we will promptly delete it.

Children’s chat and voice interaction data are used only for the following limited purposes:

No Advertising or Profiling

5. No AI Model Training Using Children’s Data
Children’s chat content and voice interaction data are not used for training, retraining, or improving general-purpose or long-term artificial intelligence models.
Such data does not contribute to cross-user learning or persistent changes in AI model behavior.
System improvements, where applicable, rely on aggregated, anonymized, or non-child data.
6. Parental Access, Review, and Controls
Parents or legal guardians may access and review their child’s stored chat and voice interaction records through a designated parental dashboard or by contacting us.
Through the parental dashboard or by request, parents or guardians may:
· View stored interaction records
· Request deletion of specific or all stored data
· Withdraw consent for further collection or storage
· Manage or disable certain features
Upon withdrawal of consent, we will stop further collection and securely delete or anonymize existing data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
7. Data Retention
Children’s personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to support the Services, parental review, safety monitoring, or legal compliance.
Data is periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized when no longer required, or earlier upon parental request.

However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
