5. No AI Model Training Using Children’s Data
Children’s chat content and voice interaction data are not used for training, retraining, or improving general-purpose or long-term artificial intelligence models. Such data does not contribute to cross-user learning or persistent changes in AI model behavior. System improvements, where applicable, rely on aggregated, anonymized, or non-child data.
6. Parental Access, Review, and Controls
Parents or legal guardians may:
· Enable or disable AI features at any time
· Limit or control how AI features are used
· Review stored interaction records
· Request deletion of data
· Withdraw consent for further data collection
Upon withdrawal of consent, we will stop further collection and securely delete or anonymize existing data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

We aim to minimize the collection and retention of children’s data and retain it only as long as necessary for service functionality, safety monitoring, parental access, and legal compliance.

13. AI Safety and Child Use Boundaries
The Services may include optional AI-powered features designed to support limited informational and educational use.
To protect children and reduce potential risks:
· AI features are optional and under parental control
· AI is not a human and does not possess emotions, intentions, or awareness
· AI is not designed to simulate friendship, companionship, or emotional support
· The Services are not a substitute for parents, guardians, teachers, friends, or professional care
We do not design the Services to encourage emotional reliance, dependency, or prolonged attachment to AI interactions.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to:
· Enable or disable AI features based on the child’s age and needs
· Supervise how AI features are used
· Encourage real-world interactions and communication
If interactions involve sensitive or high-risk topics (such as self-harm, violence, abuse, or other dangerous situations):
· The system may restrict or limit responses
